WHY DO WE NEED TO EXERCISE?

Exercise boosts energy. ... Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

 

HERE ARE SOME FUN FACTS AND TIPS THAT MAY MOTIVATE YOU TO EXERCISE MORE!

Music improves workout performances

Listening to music while exercising can improve work out performance by 15%

 

Exercising improves brain performances

Cardiovascular exercise helps create new brain cells. This
improves brain power and brain activity.

 

Working out sharpens your memory

Exercising increases the production of cells that are responsible for learning and memory

 

You get sick less often

Exercising on a regular basis helps boost your immune system.
This means you’ll get sick less often than people who don’t exercise

 

 Working out helps you sleep better 

If you’re someone who has trouble sleeping or staying asleep then working out
is your answer. Exer
cise helps to clear your head and helps you feel relaxed.

How To Deal With Brothers

   

I have a really annoying brother, which is hard to deal with, so I’m going to say a bit about him and some top tips on how to deal with them.

My brother is four years younger than me (which really ****) as I always get the blame.

 

First, let's talk about my brother. As I said he’s really annoying, he follows me everywhere and let’s not forget the mimicking. So as you can see I’m used to it and I have got lots tips for you. First things first, his name is Ben-jie.

 

 So what next? Well, his favourite time of day is midday as he loves playing football in the playground, not to mention lunch. Although, his favourite meal is breakfast, as he’s a very (and I mean very) picky eater. Most of his activities are based on football (as he adores it, it’s his passion). My brother is entertained by watching Youtube and playing on the Nintendo Switch (basically FIFA). All he ever talks about is FIFA and football (uggghhh!).

 

Now, guess what! It’s tip time! I’ve got two (yes you said it, two) tips for you, follow these and then I promise you that things will (yes and I mean it) start to change, but remember not always straight away.

1. Ignore. Don’t let your siblings bother you.

2. Tell a parent. Explain what they’ve done and say you want it fixed, then an adult should come and help.

Remember the tips and you have nothing to worry about. I promise you over time things will start to change. So, boys and girls, follow these tips and your life will definitely, certainly change.

Annoying Sisters

Does your sister annoy you?                                         

 

Then you should head on over to the children’s problem page.                                                    This is our five-phase plan on how to get rid of sisters that                                                        annoy you!

 

Phase 1:

You should ignore them and pretend they are invisible.

 

Phase 2:

Fight back with clever words (No inappropriate language please).

 

Phase 3:

Lock them out of your bedroom and maybe put a sign on your bedroom door that reads, no annoying sisters allowed.

 

Phase 4:

Go and tell your parents but be discreet.

 

Phase 5:

Go on strike until your parents have dealt with it.

Slimy slime and more!!!

Slimy Slime & More

 

If you did not know what the ingredients are for slime, these are some of them

you can use: Glue, shaving foam, activator (eye contact solution), food colouring or paint. These next ingredients you don’t have to put them in if you don’t want to: Glitter, pompoms, foam beads and more. These are some different types of slimes you can make: fluffy slime, crunchy slime, clear slime, glow in the dark slime and even more. In your slime you can even put a squishy in it so for example if you made a pink slime you can put one of your small strawberry squishies in it and you can leave it in there and still play with your slime because it will just make a crunchy slime.

 

If you have any broken squishy at home you can fix them but you need fabric glue to fill in the holes with it. After that you let it dry and then it is all fixed. Squishes can sometimes be broken and they can also look weird but you can always paint on squishies that look weird but you need paint and a lolly stick because if you use a paint brush you will be painting and rubbing of paint at the same time and a lolly stick will not do that. If you want to add a face on to the squishes don’t try doing it with a paint brush because that will not turn out good so use a paint pen. Have fun painting your squishes and making slime!
